I was reading an article a long time back about how one of the hoteliers used to check the softness of the bath tissues in his hotel. The hotelier was none other than M.S.Oberoi. No wonder that his hotel has two entries in the top 10 in what is considered as the Oscar among hotel rankings. Quite an impressive acheivement. Here are the full rankings
